Dealer Management Specialist


As Dealer Management Specialist, you will play a crucial role in fostering strong relationships with our dealership partners. You will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of dealer operations, ensuring compliance with company policies and driving performance to meet sales targets. This role requires a strategic thinker with excellent communication skills and a deep understanding of dealership dynamics.

 

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with dealership partners, acting as the primary point of contact for all business-related matters.
  • Collaborate with dealerships to implement effective sales and marketing strategies, maximizing revenue and market share.
  • Monitor and analyze dealership performance metrics, identifying areas for improvement and implementing action plans accordingly.
  • Conduct regular dealership visits to provide support, training, and guidance on best practices.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and contractual agreements.
  • Coordinate with internal departments such as sales, marketing, and finance to address dealer needs and resolve issues promptly.

 

Position Requirements & Qualifications

  • Excellent communication skills in English (native proficiency preferred)
  • Proven experience in dealer management
  • Strong understanding of dealership operations, sales processes, and customer service principles
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to analyze data, draw actionable insights, and develop strategic plans
  • Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • Willingness to travel frequently to visit dealership partners in Europe, Middle East & USA
  • Proficiency in software applications such as Windows, Office, and preferably CRM (experience with Salesforce is advantageous)
  • Demonstrated ability to organize and execute dealer events, exhibitions, and other sales-related initiatives

 

Location: Twice weekly at our headquarter in Wr. Neudorf, Austria, willingness to travel

Job Types: Full-time, Contract

For this position we offer a gross salary of at least EUR 45.000 per annum with appropriate experience. Depending on qualifications and previous experience, an overpayment is foreseen.
