Founder and CEO Alexander Swatek has been in the professional display business for almost 20 years. He constantly looks for new inventions and improvements in today’s technology world. Alexander has filed up to now more than 10 patents in the field of display technology. He is also engaged in other technology companies as partner or member of the supervisory board.
Alexander is holding a bachelor degree of the Northwood University, FL.
Technical Director Bernhard Schuh graduated from university of applied science in 2005 and is working in the field of electronics and production related topics since. He held positions in technical sales and business development when he established new processing and production facilities. Besides being an A/V enthusiast Bernhard worked with contract manufacturers and industrial automation companies to develop high-end solutions.
Director Operations Hannes Poandl is a proud cosmopolitan Austrian. He has been leading departments for sales and business development, focusing on the high-tech sector, for more than 10 years. Building up and handing over many companies to successfully developed countries in America, Europe and South East Asia now led him to C SEED. With his broad variety of skills and way of thinking he helps customers and the C SEED team to realize their full potential.

Sales Director Jorn Sterup is in his forties and has had a 20 year long career at Bang & Olufsen before joining C SEED. Jorn has during his time with Bang & Olufsen been responsible for sales and business development in more than 30 countries, and has been living as an expatriate in several countries for periods totaling 9 years. Jorn has in depth knowledge of different cultures and business environments from several parts of the world.

Sales Director Western USA Jonathan Dawson is a 20-year consumer electronics industry veteran. Before joining C SEED, he led all sales activities at RTI Control and owned the arraignment of sales and marketing deliverables for the home audio/video category in Yamaha Corporation of America. As an executive-level sales and business development professional, he is responsible for business development at C SEED within West Coast where he uses best practices to generate consistent and sustainable revenue growth while staying true to the brand promise, company values and culture.linkedin

Sales Director James Common is on a mission to assist clients understand groundbreaking entertainment systems that are available both now and as we look into the future. Trained as an Electronics & Electrical engineer from London South Bank University, he has specialised for over 15 years in proving entertainment systems for corporate, private residences & Superyachts. He heads-up business development at C SEED within Europe, the Middle East and the Superyacht industry.linkedin
Jakob Odgaard is in his fifties and had a long career within high-end A/V producer Bang & Olufsen before joining C SEED. In the last 12 years before leaving B&O he headed up 5 subsidiaries around the world: Australia, Japan, Middle East, Central Europe and so called Expansion Markets. Extensive travelling during these years brought Jakob to B&O mono-brand stores in 36 countries on all continents. Jakob has two masters: MBA and MMT (master in management of Technology).
