Sales Manager Europe B2B


About the job:

You will be responsible for the entire sales cycle from proactive lead generation, prospecting/initial contact through booked sales. We are looking for a success-oriented individual with a proven record of exceeding sales targets, a high level of commitment and a strong desire to be part of a top-notch sales team.

Responsibilities:

  • Extend the B2B sales department, including the development and implementation of effective sales processes
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy for the European market aimed at achieving and surpassing sales targets
  • Proactively acquire new business customers, expanding our reach and influence
  • Develop customized concepts and offers that meet the unique needs of our clients
  • Identify new business opportunities and grow our client base through diligent prospecting and networking
  • Build and nurture strong, long-lasting relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders in target industries
  • Meet established sales budget goals, including revenue, profit, and expense targets
  • Offer feedback to internal teams and sales peers regarding competition, pricing, and marketing opportunities to drive strategic adjustments
  • Prepare and present accurate sales forecasts, reports, and analyses to senior management
  • Provide weekly updates of individual sales forecasts to the Sales Director
  • Travel up to 50% of the time, visiting customers and potential clients to develop relationships

 

Position requirements and qualifications:

  • Previous experience in Audio-Visual sales and 10+ years of experience in sales management
  • Ability to make decisions and evaluations to determine the needs of the customers
  • Excellent customer relations skills
  • Exceptional selling skills; able to manage the people side of the business, effectively use internal/external resources and accomplish assigned targets
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite, CRM platform Salesforce is a plus
  • Fluency in English
  • Knowledge of target market industries and industry leaders within the geographic boundaries of the role is highly desirable

Location: Office Wr. Neudorf, Austria, and partly homeoffice. Customer base and willingness to travel within Europe.

We offer you a varied range of tasks in a young, dynamic team. The flat hierarchy and direct communication channels within the company allow you to contribute your own ideas.

For this position we offer a gross salary of EUR 60.000 - 150.000 per year (on a full-time basis and commissions) with appropriate experience. Depending on qualifications and previous experience, an overpayment is foreseen.
