About the job

As the Showroom Manager of luxury Audio-Visual goods for our Beverly Hills, Los Angeles office, you will deliver outstanding service to our current and future clients; helping to drive sales and support the team to meet and exceed targets.

Key responsibilities:

  • Support team with showroom responsibilities:
  • Schedule appointments via email and phone requests
  • Greet guests and getting them settled
  • Organize and maintain the showroom for customer appointments
  • Open and closing showroom standard operating procedure
  • Provide support to the Sales and PR team with events, bookings and meetings
  • Share PR and marketing updates internally and externally to appropriate partners
  • Assist with reports and identifying opportunities
  • Run product demonstrations in the showroom and at our Huntington Beach field office
  • Organization and participation of events in the showroom, Beverly Hills-area and exhibitions (US-wide)

Requirements:

  • Passionate and confident speaker, able to provide a high level of product knowledge to visitors while also creating enthusiasm for the products and brand
  • Good organizational skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and familiarity with CRM platform Salesforce
  • Flexible to work showroom hours
