About the job
As the Showroom Manager of luxury Audio-Visual goods for our Beverly Hills, Los Angeles office, you will deliver outstanding service to our current and future clients; helping to drive sales and support the team to meet and exceed targets.
Key responsibilities:
- Support team with showroom responsibilities:
- Schedule appointments via email and phone requests
- Greet guests and getting them settled
- Organize and maintain the showroom for customer appointments
- Open and closing showroom standard operating procedure
- Provide support to the Sales and PR team with events, bookings and meetings
- Share PR and marketing updates internally and externally to appropriate partners
- Assist with reports and identifying opportunities
- Run product demonstrations in the showroom and at our Huntington Beach field office
- Organization and participation of events in the showroom, Beverly Hills-area and exhibitions (US-wide)
Requirements:
- Passionate and confident speaker, able to provide a high level of product knowledge to visitors while also creating enthusiasm for the products and brand
- Good organizational skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and familiarity with CRM platform Salesforce
- Flexible to work showroom hours
