International Sales Manager Europe

International Sales Manager Europe will work from C SEED Headquarter in Vienna, Austria with EMEA Sales Director to create a sales strategy based on market research and sales data. Responsible for ensuring customers receive exceptional technical support and customer service in the assigned region.


  • Selling current and new products, recommending/sharing changes and trends seen in the field and meeting sales goals in targeted markets
  • Execute the sales plan, with emphasis on developing new business relationships to resellers and actively and consistently seeks new end clients
  • Research customers’ needs and resolves problems
  • Visits customers and potential customers to develop relationships, follow up on leads, provide technical information
  • Meets established sales budget (revenue, profit, expense) goals
  • Achieve key metrics
  • Provides feedback to internal teams as well as with sales peers regarding competition, pricing, and marketing opportunities
  • Provide weekly updates of individual sales forecast to Sales Director
  • The Sales Manager will travel up to 50% of the time


  • Previous experience in high end and luxury Audio-Visual sales and 10+ years of experience in sales management
  • Bachelor’s degree is a plus
  • Ability to make decisions and evaluations to determine the needs of the customers
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Excellent customer relations skills
  • Exceptional selling skills; able to manage the people side of the business, effectively use internal/external resources and accomplish assigned targets
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office software, knowledge of CRM platform Salesforce is a plus
  • Knowledge of target market industries and industry leaders within the geographic boundaries of the role is highly desirable
