Alexander Swatek
Founder and CEO Alexander Swatek has been in the professional display business for almost 20 years. He constantly looks for new inventions and improvements in today’s technology world. Alexander has filed up to now more than 10 patents in the field of display technology. He is also engaged in other technology companies as partner or member of the supervisory board.
Alexander is holding a bachelor degree of the Northwood University, FL.
Bernhard Schuh
Technical Director Bernhard Schuh graduated from university of applied science in 2005 and is working in the field of electronics and production related topics since. He held positions in technical sales and business development when he established new processing and production facilities. Besides being an A/V enthusiast Bernhard worked with contract manufacturers and industrial automation companies to develop high-end solutions.

Director Operations Hannes Poandl is a proud cosmopolitan Austrian. He has been leading departments for sales and business development, focusing on the high-tech sector, for more than 10 years. Building up and handing over many companies to successfully developed countries in America, Europe and South East Asia now led him to C SEED. With his broad variety of skills and way of thinking he helps customers and the C SEED team to realize their full potential.
Jorn Sterup
Jorn Sterup brings over 20 years of experience from Bang & Olufsen, where he played a key role in driving sales and business development across more than 30 international markets. Throughout his career, he has developed a deep understanding of the global luxury retail landscape. As Chief Retail Officer in
C SEED, Jorn is responsible for shaping and executing the brand’s global retail strategy. He focuses on expanding the company’s retail footprint, fostering strategic partnerships, and ensuring a world-class customer experience across flagship stores, partner showrooms, and exclusive retail locations.
James Common
Sales Director James Common is on a mission to assist clients understand groundbreaking entertainment systems that are available both now and as we look into the future. Trained as an Electronics & Electrical engineer from London South Bank University, he has specialised for over 15 years in proving entertainment systems for corporate, private residences & Superyachts. He heads-up business development at C SEED within Europe, the Middle East and the Superyacht industry.
Davide Ciotola
Davide Ciotola serves as Marine Operations Director at C SEED, overseeing the company’s global superyacht projects from strategic planning through execution and delivery. With more than 15 years of experience in operations, project management, compliance, and general management, he brings a rare combination of technical depth and operational leadership. His ability to translate complex technical and client requirements into clear, actionable strategies plays a key role in supporting sales, project success, and long-term partnerships.
Brian Kjaer
Brian Kjaer is National Sales Director for the United States at C SEED, responsible for expanding brand presence, developing key partnerships, and delivering premium AV solutions to HNW clients. With extensive experience in sales, market development, and technical training across the high-end residential AV industry, Brian has worked with leading brands to drive growth, develop experience centers, and promote industry education. His strategic and relationship-driven approach strengthens C SEED’s market leadership in the luxury segment.
Jackson Chan
Jackson Chan serves as Operations Director for APAC region at C SEED, leading the company’s expansion across Asia Pacific. With over 20 years of experience in general management, commercial strategy, and operational leadership across Greater China, Southeast Asia, Europe, and the U.S., he has held senior roles at Swarovski OPTIK, overseeing P&L, market entry, and digital transformation initiatives. Jackson’s expertise in retail partner management, trade marketing, e-commerce, and social media supports C SEED’s mission to deliver innovative home entertainment systems to the region’s most discerning clients.
